Product development for biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes

We have been reliably supplying our customers with fluid management products for more than three decades and have made a name for ourselves as a system supplier of assemblies.

We have been able to develop special solutions for numerous companies. Our professional development team designs system solutions that offer more than just the simple management of fluids.

Over the last 20 years, we have established ourselves as a developer and producer of systems for the automatic connection and separation of thermoplastic tubing. These systems are predominantly used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

The two Biowelder® TC and Biosealer® TC products are currently available on the market. We produce these devices at our location in Schachen, near Lucerne.

Biowelder® TC

The Biowelder® TC is a fully automatic welder for the connection of thermoplastic tubing. This innovative technology allows for the connection of dry and fluid-filled TPE tubing.

Biosealer® TC

The Biosealer® TC is a fully automatic device that has been developed to produce long-lasting and completely watertight seals in thermoplastic tubing.
