Lean Production
Lean Workstations
We analyze existing assembly processes to identify Mudas. The term “Muda” comes from Japanese and means “waste.” Avoiding Muda is part of the Toyota Production System and a core element of the Lean Production philosophy. Our focus is entirely on eliminating the identified waste of resources. This improves value creation within our production processes and enables us to optimize quality.

Final Assembly
During final assembly, all assemblies and components are brought together and assembled into a device or machine. This work step also includes routing and wiring numerous cables with circuit boards, sensors and actuators. By testing the individual assemblies during the assembly process, it can be ensured that the installed components function reliably. The covers and housing are then added and all necessary final tests are carried out. Finally, the machine is packaged, temporarily stored and delivered on the confirmed date
